Moulded pieces
Moulded parts are produced after studying a drawing. Our capabilities range from 1 gram to several kilograms.
Tooling is studied and optimized according to the nature of the mixture, the quantity required, the shape of the part, and/or the presence of an insert (see adhesion).
The wide range of formats and power of our compression and injection molding machines means we can adapt flexibly and quickly to market requirements.
Our compression presses can handle prototypes, small and medium runs.
For more demanding requirements, we have injection molding machines for medium production runs of molded parts.
These same demands can be met at our site in Morocco, using tooling specially designed for large-scale compression molding runs of up to 1 million parts. These tools are used in conjunction with vacuum compression presses.
